It is difficult to imagine now that Viagra first entered the global market 20 years ago - it seems like a whole era has passed. Now efficient and potent erectile dysfunction drugs constitute such a habitual, natural part of life that for millions of men suffering from ED it can be hard to even remember what it felt like not to have access to such medications.
And yet, erectile dysfuncion has been in existance for as long as there were men, and our ancestors in different parts of the world had to deal with the issue - naturally, using herbal remedies, roots, leaves, and seeds. Even now in third-world countries men who cannot afford to buy Viagra or Cialis are forced to seek such traditional remedies.
However, just as age-old herbal magic has been largely superceded by modern medicine in the West, Levitra, Viagra, and Cialis have successfully superceded dubious natural cures - indeed, these carefully engineered, highly-efficient pills provide an amazing effect that was unimaginable a few decades ago. And yet, strangely enough, there are still dozens of manufacturers and hundreds of websites that offer "herbal" Viagra and other ED drugs. Here at Canadian Health&Care Mall canadahealthcaremall.com, we regularly receive questions from our clients who want to know if we sell such herbal Viagra. The following short overview will hopefully explain why we offer our customers very few herbal supplements for the treatment of ED - and what is wrong with the rest such products.
The mechanics of erection
As you may know if you are interested in the topic and follow our articles, the key to a strong erection is the relaxation of the smooth muscle inside the penis. During an erection, the blood flow to the penis has to be six times stronger than usual in order to fill all the tiny capillaries and cavities inside the penile tissue that is known as corpus cavernosum. Interestingly, blood vessels inside the penis have a sort of valves, like tiny doors, that close once the penis is sufficiently engorged, preventing the blood from flowing back out for the duration of the intercourse.
The erection process begins with sexual arousal, which causes an increased production of nitric oxide, which, in turn, stimulates the secretion of a compound called cGMP - it is this chemical that is responsible for relaxing the muscles and dilating the blood vessels. However, an enzyme called PDE5 blocks cGMP in order to prevent capillaries and veins from being permanently dilated (which would be very dangerous). In men suffering from erectile dysfuncion, there is a chemical disbalance: too much PDE5 and too little cGMP, resulting in the inability of the smooth muscle to relax. In this case, the blood flow is simply not enough to produce an erection.
That's where such compounds as tadalafil, sildenafil, and avanafil come in: they all belong to the group of PDE5 inhibitors, and that's exactly what they do - temporarily block PDE5 so that blood vessels are dilated and a strong, durable erection results. All the erectile dysfunction drugs offered by Canadian Health&Care Mall not only produce reliable erections but also allow for repeated intercourse as long as the effect lasts - which, in case of Viagra, is circa 5 hours, while the effect of Cialis, for example, is much longer - up to 36 hours.
Can herbs have the same effect as Viagra?
So now that we have examined how Cialis, Levitra, and Viagra work, let's ask: can herbs do the same? Can natural ingredients, such as roots and bark, make blood vessels in the penis dilate? Well, yes - up to a point. Indeed, there are many plants whose extract has a vasodilating effect - they are traditionally used to treat high blood pressure also. There a couple of issues with most of them, however.
The first problem is that most herbal vasodilators are not specific - that is, they expand blood vessels in the whole body. Sildenafil and other PDE5 inhibitors are specially designed to work only on PDE5 (phosphodiesterase 5) and not on any other compounds that may keep your vessels tight. Indeed, while a bit of dilation is ok (for instance, wine does that, causing flushing in the cheeks and sometimes a runny nose), too much can be dangerous. And in people who already suffer from hypotension, even an average vessel-expanding effect can cause extreme weakness, dizziness, and even fainting. In case of extremely lax blood vessels, the brain simply won't receive enough oxygen, resulting in a quick death.
The second issue is side effects. Just because an ingredient is "natural" doesn't mean that it is safe: in fact, the strongest poisons known to man come from completely natural plants and mushrooms. As for common ingredients in "natural Viagra", we can cite the African yohimbe tree, which often causes bad headaches, arrythmia, and hypertension. Lack of an effect is another problem. Some other common sexual enhancers include Korean ginseng and ginkgo biloba - both very good for your general health (and for the blood vessels, memory, and cognition) but hardly potent enough to produce an erection in a man with ED.
Dangers of herbal Viagra
However, the most pressing and serious problem with "natural" ED remedies is that most often there is no way to know what's in them. Herbal supplements are mostly unregulated by health authorities in most countries, so they can contain anything, including potentially dangerous ingredients - not all of them natural. Some FDA tests in the U.S. revealed that certain types of "herbal Viagra" in fact contained chemical vasodilators - unspecific and potentially deadly. Other such pills had the same sildenafil and tadalafil that Viagra and Cialis are based on - only of unknown provenance and certainly made illegally. Some pills had concentrations of sildenafil that exceeded the recommended maximum levels more than tenfold! Such a "natural" pill may indeed cause an erection, but it can just as well cause a heart attack or land you in a coma.
Real solution exists
We hope that the issues and risks described above show well enough why here at Canadian Health&Care Mall we offer very few types of herbal ED pills. We place the top priority on our clients' health, therefore we simply cannot tout dubious pills containing unknown herbs (and who knows what else). In fact, our purchasing department was approached by distributors of such herbal pills on many occasions, and eventually we decided to conduct a study of our own. We have sent samples of a range of "natural remedies" to a lab to check if their ingredients corresponded to what was written on the label. The results, for the most part, were quite disturbing. Only one drug turned out to have only herbs that are considered safe and efficient for promoting erection - it is Yagara.
Yagara is based on Ayurveda - ancient Indian herbal medicine that is becoming exceptionally popular in the West. India is blessed with an unbelievable variety of medicinal plants, and their effects have been studied for millennia. The main ingredients in Yagara are Argyreia nervosa (Vidhara Beej), which is not only good for the sexual function but also rejuvenates and reduces inflammation; Mucuna pruriens (Kavach Beej), which is also used for muscle pain; Anacyclus pyrethrum (Akkal Kara) - another good aphrodisiac and antiinflammatory remedy; and Caesalpinia Bonducella (Lata Karanj), famous also for its ability to treat acute abdominal pain. There is also Ashwagandha, used for centuries to increase the male libido and improve erections.
Canadian Health&Care Mall offers Yagara (view offer) at extremely affordable prices - less than $0.8 per pill when purchasing 6 packs of 10 pills each. You can take Yagara when you need to give an extra boost to your sexual performance or daily to see a stronger long-term effect. All the herbs contained in the Yagara pills have been tested by centuries of Ayurvhedic practitioners and are extremely safe, hardly ever causing any side effects. Moreover, our lab analysis that Yagara does not contain anything except for what is written on the label: there are no added synthetic compounds or artificial vasoldilators. Note that with every order of Yagara or any other medication at Canadian Health & Care Mall, you will get 4 bonus pills of your choice for free.

But why would men even take such herbal Viagra, anyway? In spite of its all-round health benefits and very good effect on sexual performance and erection, Yagara still cannot quite match the amazingly strong and durable effect of such drugs as Viagra Professional or Cialis Super Active. Well, the answer is simple: some men with ED unfortunately cannot use PDE5 inhibitors. The largerst group are those suffering from chronic hypotension (low blood pressure), for whom the vasodilating effect of Viagra can be dangerous. Strong ED pills are also not suitable for those who have nitrates for chest pain. If it wasn't for Yagara, all these men would find themselves in a frustrating dead-end.
If you have already done a full medical check-up and know for sure that it's ok for you to take Cialis, Levitra, and Viagra, then we do recommend that you try these more potent, longer-acting meds. If, on the other hand, you have health issues or are simply contrary to taking any "chemical" pills, then Yagara can be a great solution for you: it will not only greatly help you in bed but also fight any chronic inflammation you may have in your body, relieve pain, and rejuvenate you.
